Membership
A cohort, not a crowd.
The first hundred members are admitted for balance, not collected for volume. Here is how admission works — and what membership costs.
Admission
Chosen, not counted.
Talkiepoint opens in cohorts of one hundred members at a time, and applications are open from anywhere in India — cohorts form where serious demand concentrates.
Admission is not first come, first served. The cohort is composed for balance — a real mix of people so that whoever you’re hoping to meet, there are genuine introductions to look forward to — around a core age band of 27 to 36 and, above everything, seriousness of intent. Women join each cohort first.
The reason is arithmetic, not exclusivity. A hundred people chosen this way can actually be introduced to one another. Ten thousand people counted at a signup form cannot.
The application
Why an application.
An email list is a number. An application pile is a promise both ways: you take ten questions seriously, and we owe you a considered answer rather than a broadcast.
Every application is read in full by our AI — every answer considered, nothing skimmed, and no pretence of a person behind the curtain. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing: who you are, who you hope to meet, what you’ve tried.
Pricing
A paid membership, plainly.
Talkiepoint is a paid membership, priced as the considered service it is — not a free app that monetises your attention. You pay once for a cohort, and it commits us to a set number of considered introductions, each explained in writing — confirmed in your membership terms before you pay.
It sits in the register of serious matchmaking in India — where assisted services already publish tiers from ₹24,900 to ₹95,000. Women and men pay the same — parity pricing, because everyone’s time here is worth the same.
Free is already available elsewhere, and it is excellent at producing burnout: 78% of dating-app users say online dating leaves them emotionally exhausted at least sometimes, per Forbes Health (2024).
Your exact membership is confirmed with you before you commit to anything — and joining the waitlist itself is free.
The promises
Six rules of the house.
No browsing, ever.
There is no grid of faces to judge in half a second. You receive introductions; you never scroll people.
Screened before introduced.
We verify identity, and confirm what we reasonably can about work and marital status — before anyone is put in front of anyone.
Every introduction, explained.
Each one arrives with a short note on why. If we can't write the note, we don't make the introduction.
Women set the pace.
Women join each cohort first. In every introduction — whoever it's between — contact opens only when the person being introduced to is ready.
No scores, no percentages.
Nobody is 89% compatible with anybody. We'd rather give you a reason than a number.
Built to be left.
Success means you stop needing us. Your data is yours — export or delete it any time.
These are the terms of membership, not aspirations. If we ever break one, leaving is one message.
Ask to be considered.
